Are there any contracts or long-term commitments required?

No long-term contracts are required. You only need to make the payment for the services, and if you choose a long-term commitment, we can reflect that in the pricing, offering you a better rate.

 

What happens if I am not satisfied with the virtual assistant provided?

If you’re not satisfied, we’ll replace your VA free of charge. Depending on the role, the replacement could take anywhere from 48 hours to longer, but we work quickly to ensure you’re satisfied.

 

What are your payment terms?

Payments are processed through Stripe, and you can choose to set up automatic payments or receive invoices for each billing cycle.
